We’re thrilled to invite you to the 2054 Fresh Expo—a celebration of our valued customers and vendors in an exciting Aloha/Hawaiian-themed setting!

This year’s event promises an unforgettable experience featuring:

  • Vendor Showcase

  • Cocktail Hour

  • Guest Speakers

  • Dinner

  • Entertainment by the incredible Johnny Holm Band

It’s a fantastic opportunity to connect with store owners, produce managers, and key decision-makers while showcasing your products in a lively, tropical atmosphere.

Each vendor will receive a table and two chairs to create a vibrant booth display. Embrace the Aloha spirit by decorating your booth in line with the theme—the top three booths will win a $100 Visa card!

Planning on providing samples? Please note:

  • Samples must be 2oz or smaller.

  • Include sample details in the registration form

  • All samples require venue approval at least 30 days before the event.

  • Cooking at booths is not allowed.

9:00 - 12:00 PM - Registration & Set-Up

1:00 - 4:00 PM - Vendor Showcase

4:00 - 5:00 PM - Tear Down / Check-In to Hotel Room

4:00 - 5:15 PM - Cocktails and Appetizers

5:30 - 7:00 PM - Dinner and Prizes

7:00 - 9:00 PM - Entertainment by Johnny Holm Band

All registration forms must be received by Monday, March 10th!

All vendors can bring their own materials or have the option to send their booth/sample materials to our Hammond location to arrive at least 3 days before the event date.

Q: Where is the event located?
A: Mystic Lake Center | Mystic Lake Resort & Casino 
2400 Mystic Lake Blvd NW, Prior Lake, MN 55372

Q: How many people will be attending this event?
A: You can expect 400-600 people.

Q: How do I get my booth/sample materials to the event?
A: All vendors can bring their own or have the option to send their booth/sample materials to our Hammond location to arrive at least 3 days prior to the event date. Please label your pallet/materials with a Vendor Company name and phone number.

Q: When should I arrive?
A: Vendors are allowed to arrive anytime after 9AM to start setting their booths up.

Q: Where do I get my booth materials once I arrive?
A: Your booth materials will be sitting in front of your assigned booth. If you have trouble finding your booth, Eric Chamberlain will be there to assist if you have questions.

Q: How big are the booths?
A: General booths will be 10'x10' with table sizes of 6’ long x 30” deep.

Q: How big can my samples be?
A: If you are providing a sample to give to customers, it can be NO larger than 2oz.

Q: What If I want to order samples through RDW?
A: Please reach out to your RDW/Crazy Fresh buyer or @Eric Chamberlain

Q: What can I bring for samples?
A: Any sample works but we need to know - If you have not informed us about which samples you are bringing please reach out to ddaulton@russdaviswholesale.com to let us know.

Q: How long is the Vendor Showcase?
A: The Vendor Showcase is from 1:00PM-4:00PM.

Q: Are Vendors able to win prizes?

A: Vendors will not be entered in our raffle prize drawing but you are able to win our top 3 "Best Dressed" and top 3 "Best Booths" for $100 Visa each. 

Q: If I stay the night before the event (Tuesday 4/08), does RDW/Crazy Fresh cover it?
A: You are welcome to stay the night before the event, but we will not cover cost of the room. We will only cover Wednesday nights cost. If you decide to stay the night before, please arrange with Mystic Lake Hotel prior to the event on your own conditions. Make sure to mention that you will be apart of the "RDW Fresh Expo Event”
